Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $6.00 plus a small per-item rate that depends on the weight of what you ordered — you'll see the exact figure in your cart before you pay.

Orders over $40.00 ship free.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout and shipping drops to zero. Collect from the farmstand during opening hours — no need to order ahead if you'd rather just turn up.

How long it takes

We bake weekly and ship most orders within two business days. Delivery is typically another two to five days depending on where you are. You'll get an email when the order goes out.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, stale, or your dog flatly refuses it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it. No need to ship anything back — a photo is plenty.

Storage

Because there are no preservatives, keep bags sealed in a cool dry place and use within about six weeks. Dehydrated chews last longer; soft baked treats are happiest in the fridge after the first week.
